24Planning enables swift scheduling at House of Talents
House of Talents is an international HR-services group that encompasses 11 companies in Belgium. House of Talents offers a variety of HR services including hiring & selection, project sourcing, interim management, interim labour, assessment & development centers and HR consultancy services.

Over the years, House of Talents companies had been selecting and using their own set of enterprise software tools. It has been House of Talents’ ambition to reduce this variety of software tools and to standardize on the Salesforce platform.
Since Salesforce is the new backbone application for House of Talents and all data is centralized within Salesforce, it was a natural decision to also leverage Salesforce for employee planning.
24Planning, available on the Salesforce AppExchange, has initially been adopted by one of the House of Talents companies and will be eventually rolled out to the complete group, which counts over 1,200 employees.
24Planning gathers all House of Talents’ employee planning data in one view, up to 365 days in the future. Planners can easily see which projects people are working on, when they are absent from work and during which periods people are not allocated to a specific project. This data is actionable, as planners can allocate people to new projects and find backups in case individuals are unexpectedly absent from work.
